Important Notice: These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between CYPRUSINFO.ai "our" and all users and listed businesses ("you" or "User") of the CYPRUSINFO.ai website and services (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

PART I: General Terms Applicable to All Users and Businesses

1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1. Agreement: By accessing the website at www.cyprusinfo.ai, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or possess legal parental or guardian consent, and are fully able and competent to enter into the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations, and warranties set forth in these Terms.

1.2. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. You agree that the courts of Cyprus shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service.

1.3. Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Intellectual Property Rights (IPR)

2.1. Our IPR: All content on the Service (excluding business listings/User Content), including text, graphics, logos, data compilations, AI models, and software, is the property of CYPRUSINFO.ai or its content suppliers and is protected by Cyprus and international copyright, trademark, and other IPR laws.

2.2. License to Use: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and make personal, non-commercial use of the Service, subject to these Terms.

2.3. Restrictions: You must not republish, reproduce, copy, sell, or exploit any material from the Service for commercial purposes without our express written consent.

3. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

3.1. Information Accuracy: The Service is a business directory and informational platform. While we strive for accuracy, the information, including business data and AI-generated insights, is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of any information provided by Listed Businesses or generated by our AI tools.

3.2. No Endorsement: The presence of a business listing on our platform does not constitute an endorsement, guarantee, or recommendation of that business, its products, or services. We are not a party to any transaction or contract between a User and a Listed Business.

3.3. Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by Cyprus law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Service or any information provided therein.

4. Data Protection and Privacy (GDPR Compliance)

4.1. Privacy Policy: The collection, use, and storage of your personal data are governed by our separate Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

4.2. Compliance: As an EU-based service, we comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the supplementary Cyprus Data Protection Law No. 125(I)/2018.

4.3. User Content and Personal Data: By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

PART II: Terms Applicable to Users (Visitors)

5. Website Access and Usage

5.1. User Responsibilities: You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Service.   • You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, reproduce, edit, and publish your content across our platform.
  • You warrant that your content does not violate any third party's intellectual property rights and is not defamatory, libelous, abusive, or unlawful under Cyprus law.
  • We reserve the right to remove or modify any User-Generated Content at our sole discretion.

6. Interaction with Listed Businesses

6.1. Risk: Your interactions with organizations and/or individuals found on or through the Service, including any service agreements or payment transactions, are solely between you and the other party.

6.2. No Liability: You agree that CYPRUSINFO.ai shall not be responsible or liable for any loss, damage, or dispute of any sort incurred as the result of any such dealings. We encourage due diligence before entering into any arrangement with a Listed Business.

PART III: Terms Applicable to Listed Businesses

7. Business Listing and Account

7.1. Eligibility: By creating a business listing ("Listed Business" or "Subscriber"), you warrant that you are a legal business entity, fully licensed and authorised to operate in the Republic of Cyprus (or internationally, if applicable), and that all information provided is true, accurate, and not misleading.

7.2. Account Security: The Listed Business is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of its account details and for all activities that occur under its account.

7.3. Fees and Payments (if applicable): If you subscribe to a paid listing/service, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described on the Service. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

8. Content and Representation

8.1. Content Submission License: The Listed Business grants CYPRUSINFO.ai a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display the business's content (logos, text, images, contact details, etc.) for the purposes of operating and marketing the directory.

8.2. Content Warranties: The Listed Business warrants and represents that:

  • It owns or has the necessary licenses, rights, and consents to use and authorise us to use all Listing Content.
  • The Listing Content is accurate, up-to-date, and fully compliant with all applicable Cyprus laws, including consumer protection and advertising regulations.
  • The Listing Content will not contain any material that is false, misleading, defamatory, offensive, or infringing on the IPR of any third party.

8.3. Indemnity: The Listed Business agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CYPRUSINFO.ai from and against any and all claims, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from the breach of any of these Content Warranties or from the services/products offered by the Listed Business.

9. AI Tools and Directory Data

9.1. AI-Enhanced Services: We may use AI tools to generate summaries, keywords, or insights related to a business listing. The Listed Business acknowledges that these are informational and do not replace the need for the business to verify and manage its own content.

9.2. Data Usage: The Listed Business acknowledges that data provided to the directory may be aggregated and anonymised by CYPRUSINFO.ai for the purpose of improving its AI services, market analysis, and platform development, including for training AI models.

10. Termination and Removal of Listing

10.1. Our Right to Terminate/Remove: We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate a business listing or remove any content at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Breach of these Terms.
  • Receipt of multiple or serious user complaints.
  • Violation of any applicable Cyprus law.
  • Provision of false or misleading information.

10.2. Effect of Termination: Upon termination, any right granted to the Listed Business to use the Service immediately ceases. All indemnity and liability provisions shall survive termination.
