Safety and Regulations - The renter/driver must be in possession of a full valid current driving licence. - At the time of collection of the vehicle the driving licence must be presented, along with a valid/current ID card or passport. - Minimum driving age is 21, and maximum age is 75. - The driver must be in possession of a full current valid driving licence and should have held it for a minimum of 3 years. - Drivers under the age of 21 will be required to pay an additional insurance fee of €10. - All traffic fines incurred during the rental period are totally the renter’s responsibility and must be paid in full and on time, as directed. - The car must be returned with the same amount of fuel as upon collection to avoid additional charges. - Our rates include Third Party Insurance ( TPI ), Unlimited mileage, VAT. - CDW- insurance covers metal damages to the car except tires, windscreens, car engine and car keys. - EDW- insurance covers damages to the tires, windscreens, car engine and car keys. - According to the laws of the Cyprus insurance companies, any car crossing the border into the occupied territory of Cyprus (TRNC, Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus) is not covered by any insurance company. - Our Company doesn’t prohibit border crossing but warns that additional insurance will be required which can be purchased separately at the border before crossing. This is a TRNC legal requirement and is only 3rd party cover! Your passport(s) will also be required. Modes of Transportation - Economy class cars (Nissan Versa Note, Honda Fit, Suzuki Swift, Mazda Demio, Nissan March K13, Mitsubishi Mirage, Nissan Note) - Luxury class cars (Mazda Premacy) Mobility and Fleet Services - We are located in the heart of Larnaca near Finikoudes seafront and have a personal approach to each client. - We will consider all possible options and advise which we consider to be the most suitable and best for you. - We value our reputation! It is most important to us that you are satisfied with our service. - We have carefully investigated the local car rental market and as a result we can offer you the best possible prices here in Larnaca! - Free delivery and collection, to and from Larnaca Airport, and hotels within the city limits of Larnaca. - A free child car seat can be supplied. - Confirmation of the booking will be provided by email within 24 hours from the request. - Cancellation of reservations must be made no later than 48 hours before the start date of the booking. - Should the customer wish to extend the rental contract it is essential to advise our office so that the rental period and insurance cover can be adjusted accordingly. Industry Operations & Planning - The full rental payment must be paid on the day the vehicle is collected. - We accept most credit cards, and cash, but not cheques. - Our cars are divided into two groups : economy cars ( small cars, hatchback cars) and luxury cars. - The provision of a specific car model from a particular group depends upon availability at the time of booking. - Customer service and satisfaction is very important to us and we will do everything possible to ensure that our clients/customers are happy!
