INCITO LTD carries forward a legacy that began in the mid-1940s with our grandfather Haridemos Theodorou and his small workshop, founded beside his home in Aradippou, Larnaca. What began as a modest woodworking operation evolved into “Charidemos & Sons Ltd”, a reputable second-generation family business specializing in timber furniture and window and door manufacturing, established in 1980. In 2018, the third generation founded INCITO LTD, honoring the family tradition while embracing modern methods and ambitions. Today, INCITO LTD brings together decades of experience, craftmanship and innovation. Under the leadership of Mr. Giorgos Haridemos Theodorou (General Manager), the company is guided by a dedicated team of family members - each bringing specialized expertise, formal education and prior professional experience to their role: Panayiotis Theodorou - Business Development Maria Theodorou - Architectural Design and Project Management Charitini Theodorou - HR Management and H&S Officer Pavlos Theodorou - Production Management and Purchases.
