Cybersecurity Solutions * Responsible for implementing the European NIS Directive, focusing on improving and maintaining high levels of cybersecurity for operators of essential services and critical information infrastructure entities in Cyprus. * Covers sectors such as energy, water, transport, health, banking, financial market infrastructures, and digital infrastructures. * Also addresses digital service providers established in Cyprus, including online search engines, online marketplaces, and cloud computing services. * Includes the National CSIRT for cybersecurity incident response. * Develops the National Cybersecurity Strategy. * Operates as the National Cybersecurity Coordination Centre and National Cybersecurity Certification Authority. Risk Assessment * Conducts Cybersecurity Maturity Assessments for businesses and citizens. Emergency Response * Manages the National CSIRT for responding to cybersecurity incidents.
