Quick facts & history The Old Carob Mill was built around 1900 when carobs were a major Cypriot export used for things like film plates, medicines and sweets. The site preserves much of the original processing machinery and has been converted into a museum / exhibition space (the restored Carob Mill + Evagoras Lanitis Centre).
