Student Support Services * The academy features a Student Union. * Offers Career Office - Alumni services. * Provides academic advising to guide students through admission, registration, course selection, program planning, degree completion, and scholarship applications. * Has regulations in place for students with disabilities (ΑμεΑ). * Supports student withdrawal due to medical or personal/family emergencies, subject to approval and medical documentation. Technology in Education Administration & Management * The academy has administrative staff and academic personnel. * Academic regulations adhere to the European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System (ECTS). * The academic year runs from September 1st to August 31st, divided into two semesters (Autumn and Spring). * The teaching year is from September 15th to June 30th, extendable to July 10th if necessary. * Lesson hours are from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. * Student admission requires entrance exams in instrument, harmony, and ear training, along with a high school diploma. * Admission for foreign students requires a high school diploma with at least 50% overall and 50% in English, or an IELTS score of at least 5 (or equivalent). * Transfer students from recognized institutions are welcomed, provided they have good academic standing and their previous courses are relevant. * A Disciplinary Committee is responsible for imposing sanctions for non-attendance or inappropriate behavior. * The Academic Committee validates grades and manages appeals regarding grades, in consultation with the Ministry of Education and Culture.
